Please note that customers are responsible for paying for return shipping with a tracking number to ensure we can track delivery. (Exceptions for damaged deliveries or missing items – see below.) Once we receive the item, a refund will be processed within 48-72 hours.

- Expected shipping times can be viewed during checkout and are normally within 3-7 days from time of purchase during non-holiday seasons. We try our best to speed up orders and deliver as quickly as possible. However, please plan ahead and place your order with enough time to allow for delivery, if your order is timely!
