- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at community@nursemod.com or fill out the contact form here and we will provide instructions for returning your products. Please note that customers are responsible for paying for return shipping with a tracking number to ensure we can track delivery. (Exceptions for damaged deliveries or missing items – see below.) - Expected shipping times can be viewed during checkout and are normally within 3-7 days from time of purchase during non-holiday seasons.
