Returns & Shipping

Hi NurseMod customers! Please see below for more information on returns, exchanges, and shipping.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at community@nursemod.com or fill out the contact form here and we will provide instructions for returning your products. Please note that customers are responsible for paying for return shipping with a tracking number to ensure we can track delivery. (Exceptions for damaged deliveries or missing items – see below.) Once we receive the item, a refund will be processed within 48-72 hours.
  • If your purchase arrives damaged, the wrong item is shipped to you, or part of your order is missing, we will cheerfully make it right by re-sending your order. 😊 Please contact us at community@nursemod.com or fill out the contact form here.  Include your order number and and details related to your claim in the message.
  • Expected shipping times can be viewed during checkout and are normally within 3-7 days from time of purchase during non-holiday seasons. We try our best to speed up orders and deliver as quickly as possible. However, please plan ahead and place your order with enough time to allow for delivery, if your order is timely!
